Chris Belsito has established himself as a respected litigator, starting his career with a focus on construction law before developing years of broad expertise across civil and commercial litigation. After earning his Juris Doctor from Bond University in Australia and his B.A. in Philosophy from Western University, Chris was called to the Ontario Bar in 2012.

Throughout his over-decade-long career, Chris has built extensive experience appearing before various adjudicative bodies including the Small Claims Court, Superior Court, Landlord and Tenant Tribunal, and the Court of Appeal. This diverse courtroom experience provides him with a comprehensive understanding of Ontario's legal landscape that benefits clients regardless of the nature of their dispute.

Construction law represents a particular area of focus in Chris's practice. He regularly handles construction disputes involving delay claim litigation, breach of trust claims, and construction liens - navigating the time-sensitive requirements of the Construction Lien Act with practiced precision. His approach combines technical legal knowledge with practical industry understanding, enabling him to deliver results-focused representation for contractors, subcontractors, suppliers, and property owners.

With nearly 20 years of litigation experience, Nicole serves as the backbone of our firm's daily operations and client service. Her extensive knowledge of Ontario's court procedures and document preparation ensures that every case moves forward efficiently and meets all procedural requirements.
