R. Christopher M. Belsito
Christopher Belsito dedicates the majority of his practice in the field of Construction Law, with expertise and experience also in the areas of Commercial and Civil litigation. He gained his Law degree in Australia, at Bond University.
Subsequent to passing the bar exam, he has mentored under a highly regarded senior litigator in Ontario. Chris has appeared and counselled on files in; Small Claims Court, Superior Court, the Landlord and Tenant Tribunal, and the Court of Appeal.
Chris has experience in all areas of construction law, including; construction disputes, including but not limited to; delay claim litigation, breach of trust and construction liens to access the remedies available under Ontario law. Christopher Belsito provides dedicated service and experience to each client in order to ensure his clients get the results they deserve.
